Louis Vuitton to Dress Real Madrid

Real Madrid has signed a collaboration agreement with Louis Vuitton, making the French brand the official sponsor of the Spanish club. Louis Vuitton will dress the players of the men's and women's first football teams, as well as the basketball team, during travels and institutional events.

The collection, showcased by footballers such as Mbappé, Vinicius, Bellingham, Courtois, Carvajal, and Militao, includes suits, shoes, accessories, and luggage. These items are described by Louis Vuitton as having a timeless style and being crafted from materials that offer a balance of comfort, performance, and elegance. Real Madrid players will debut the new garments, an exclusive collection designed by singer Pharrell Williams, during their trip to the United States for the Club World Cup.

"At Real Madrid, we understand excellence as the essential path to staying at the top. This same philosophy defines an iconic brand in the fashion industry like Louis Vuitton. Both of us have managed to transcend time, and we share not only the responsibility of building a lasting legacy but also the purpose of inspiring the world beyond our respective industries," stated Emilio Butragueño, Real Madrid's Director of Institutional Relations.

The French luxury brand continues its commitment to sports, having already established agreements with Carlos Alcaraz, Formula 1, and the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games. However, this is the first time it brings its tailoring expertise to footballers or basketball players.

"True to the distinctive elegance of Louis Vuitton, this wardrobe highlights the art of the maison's tailoring, enhanced by refined details such as a VVN leather label engraved with the Louis Vuitton signature and sewn onto the lapels of jackets and the back pockets of trousers. This same emblematic leather also appears in Louis Vuitton trunks, reflecting the legendary savoir-faire of the maison's workshops," Louis Vuitton emphasized regarding the garments that Real Madrid will wear. None of the items, accessories, or garments from the collection intended for Real Madrid will be available for sale.
