Lola Lolita Apologises for Controversial Appearance in Nil Ojeda's Video

Lola Lolita is facing backlash over a Dior handbag gifted by Nil Ojeda, valued at 4,000 euros. The influencer appeared in a video by the YouTuber titled '21 Days Among Millionaires'. During the recording, they suggested buying two Louis Vuitton handbags worth 2,000 euros each, one for her and another for Leto, after promising to gift her a Dior handbag worth 4,000 euros, so both could have their own. "Am I going to miss out on a Dior handbag to give one to Leto? I don't find it funny at all. I'm materialistic, I don't care!" she responded angrily. This reaction did not sit well with many of her followers, who decided to unfollow her account.

Adding to the controversy was her disdain towards an employee assisting her, which further decreased her 14 million followers, who labelled her behaviour as "regrettable" and "classist". The uproar was such that the young woman had to issue an apology. "I sincerely apologise if I have offended anyone and hope you understand that everything is exaggerated and it's content, I love you," she wrote in the description of her TikTok video. "I get along very well with Nil, so I said yes, I wanted to collaborate. And since I'm a completely different profile from those he usually invites, I thought: 'I'll try to make it different'. In my head, it seemed very fun and sounded great, but in the end, the result was nothing like what I expected," she explained, arguing that she was portraying a character that "has nothing to do" with her.

"I fully acknowledge my mistake. After all this chaos, I hope I've learned to say no and to apologise, because when things are done wrong, you have to recognise it and that's it," she added, concluding by assuring that she will return the disputed handbag.
