The tragedy surrounding Liam Payne, former member of One Direction, continues to make headlines after a harrowing photograph emerged showing the artist moments before his death. The British tabloid 'Daily Mail' has released a frame from the security cameras of the Casa Sur hotel in Buenos Aires, where Payne died on October 16 after falling from his room's balcony.
The image, captured just 15 minutes before the tragic end, depicts the singer being carried by three hotel employees while appearing completely unconscious. This new evidence has raised questions about whether the staff's actions were sufficient to prevent the tragedy.
A close friend of the artist expressed outrage to the 'New York Post'. "He could have been saved. It's devastating and infuriating," they stated. The same source explained that Kate Cassidy, the singer's girlfriend, is suffering greatly following the publication of the image. "Whenever it seems it can't be more painful for Kate, it becomes even more so," they said. The frustration has also been echoed on social media, where Payne's fans criticize the lack of immediate medical attention despite an emergency call describing his critical condition.
