The jury in the trial against Sean 'Diddy' Combs has reached a verdict on four of the five charges he faces, according to the judge overseeing the case on Tuesday after two days of deliberation by the jurors tasked with deciding the rapper's legal fate. However, the judge has instructed them to continue their discussions until they reach a decision on the final charge, conspiracy, which could result in a life sentence for him.
The jurors have reached a consensus on the charges of organised crime conspiracy, two counts of sex trafficking, and one of transportation for prostitution. 'Puff Daddy' chose not to testify and listened with indifference to the statements made by prosecutor Christy Slavik.
Prosecutors claim that Combs used his business empire over two decades to force two of his romantic partners to participate in day-long, drug-fuelled sexual spectacles. Known as 'Freak Offs', these events also involved male sex workers in hotel rooms while Combs watched, masturbated, and occasionally filmed.
Consensual Activity, According to Defence
During raids on Combs' residences, authorities found drugs and 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant used in his performances, according to the Public Prosecutor's Office. Combs, aged 55, had pleaded not guilty to all five charges.

The rapper's lawyers acknowledged that the founder of Bad Boy Records, once famous for hosting lavish parties for the cultural elite in luxurious locations like the Hamptons and Saint-Tropez, was sometimes violent in his domestic relationships. However, they claimed that the sexual activity described by prosecutors was consensual among all participants.
