Juan Torres Albaladejo assumes the presidency of the AEFA Forum (Association of Family Business of Alicante) with the aim of strengthening the role of young people in family businesses. His appointment was approved by the electoral assembly of the entity, endorsing the succession of Manuel Ríos Arias.

After years of work within this entity, including the last two in the boards of directors with Luis Navarro and Rios Arias, he sets the goal of "bringing innovative ideas" to ensure that the Forum is a space where young entrepreneurs "can share experiences and grow together".

Torres Albaladejo takes on this "challenge" with "enthusiasm and the certainty that, by working together, we can make a significant difference." Thus, the new president of the AEFA Forum highlights that the "enriching" experience gained through his management within the entity has allowed him to "better understand the needs and challenges we face as young entrepreneurs."

The new president of the AEFA Forum is a risk advisor at Torres Insurance Advisors. Graduated in Business Administration and Management from the University of Alicante, he holds a master's degree in Business Administration and Management from ThePowerMBA and the CEO Program from Fundesem, in addition to qualifications in Insurance Mediation and Risk Management.

The AEFA Forum is an initiative driven by the Association of Family Business of the Province of Alicante, serving as a meeting and reflection space for young family entrepreneurs in the province. This forum aims to foster the exchange of experiences, promote leadership among new generations, and address the specific challenges and opportunities faced by family businesses.

Among its activities, it highlights training and solidarity events, such as actions organized to support those affected by the DANA and the crisis in Ukraine, where they helped 51 refugees reach Spain. These actions reflect the Forum's commitment to the business fabric and society, emphasizing the principles of solidarity and responsibility that characterize family businesses.
