"Ben and JLo are currently at the Polo Lounge of the Beverly Hills Hotel holding hands and kissing. The children are with them but at a separate table," the witness reported.

Although there is no photographic evidence of that exact moment, there are photos of the encounter. The couple was photographed sharing the same vehicle and outside the building along with Affleck's children, Seraphina and Samuel, aged 15 and 12, and Jennifer's twins, Emme and Max, aged 16.

The family gathering occurred after the music star personally filed for divorce on August 20th, coinciding with their second wedding anniversary, establishing April 26th as the official date of their separation.
