The s400 becomes the third model in the EBRO range produced at the Barcelona facilities, following the launch of the s700 and s800, both available in ICE (internal combustion engine) and PHEV (plug-in hybrid) versions.
The company has commenced initial manufacturing tests at its Barcelona plant to validate industrial processes and the first series models before the definitive start of commercial production.
"This pre-production phase is crucial to ensure that all assembly processes meet the highest quality standards. We verify that the vehicle can be manufactured repeatedly, safely, and with the high levels of demand required by the market. It represents a strategic advancement in EBRO's evolution and a decisive step in its roadmap towards more sustainable, competitive, and Spanish-made mobility," stated Pedro Calef, CEO of EBRO Motors.
The new s400 is designed for a young, connected audience committed to sustainability, seeking a versatile, stylish, and efficient car. Its hybrid propulsion system combines a 1.5 DHE combustion engine of 70 kW with a powerful 150 kW electric motor, delivering a combined power of 155 kW (211 hp), reaching 100 km/h from a standstill in just 8.9 seconds. All this with a combined consumption of 5.3 litres per 100 km and emissions below 120 g/km (pending final homologation data).
This configuration, along with a state-of-the-art electronic management system, allows the EBRO s400 to deliver a very balanced and sustainable performance in any circumstance.

Measuring 4.32 metres in length, the s400 positions itself at the heart of the competitive A0 SUV segment, one of the most dynamic in the Spanish market.
Aesthetically, the s400 stands out with a compact and robust body, marked lines, enveloping LED optics, and a distinctive presence, while the interior offers a modern, spacious, and high-quality cabin, with a dual 12.3-inch digital screen, dual-zone climate control, heated bucket seats, and up to 1,155 litres of cargo capacity with the rear seats folded.
One of the strengths of the EBRO s400 is its standard equipment, which includes 24 advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS), adaptive cruise control, blind spot warning, rear cross-traffic alert, fatigue detector, and a 540º camera system, among others.
In terms of connectivity, it features wireless compatibility with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, voice control, and digital services aimed at a more intuitive and safer driving experience.
Initially, the EBRO s400 HEV offers a range composed of two trims; the first, called Premium, is available from 27,490 euros, although its promotional price will start below 23,500 euros. For the top-of-the-range version, known as Excellence, customers can choose between a promotional price of 24,890 euros or an attractive EBRO Flex financing offer that, with an initial payment of 9,738 euros, allows enjoying the new urban SUV from EBRO for four years with a monthly payment of only 149 euros.

At the end of the period, the user can choose to return the vehicle, exchange it for another, or keep it by paying a final fee of 14,900 euros. It is a competitive and flexible option designed for those who wish to embrace electrified mobility without making a large initial outlay.
The production of the s400 takes place at the EBRO Factory plant, located on the historic industrial site of Zona Franca (Barcelona), which has been adapted to accommodate a new generation of electrified vehicles. This facility is complemented by the Montcada i Reixach plant, where metal body structures are manufactured and assembled.
