Intercity Dismisses Sandroni

The owner of CF Intercity, Salva Martí, has dismissed Alejandro Sandroni following a shaky start to the league in which the Alicante team earned five points out of fifteen. The Argentine coach was renewed this summer, and Intercity began the season with a hopeful thrashing of Betis B (0-3), but it was an illusion. Sandroni's team then drew against Hércules (1-1) and Atlético de Madrid B (1-1) and lost consecutively at home to Alcoyano (0-2) and Algeciras (0-1), who arrived at Rico Pérez as the bottom team.
