'Infinity pool' on the rooftop, gym, and only eight apartments available: this is the new development that is thriving in Benalúa Sur

Benalúa Sur continues to take shape. The new and central neighborhood of Alicante sees the community of residents growing with the delivery of a new residential development, Savery, by Aedas Homes, which has only eight apartments available after selling the rest.

This is the third development by Aedas Homes in the neighborhood after Balmis and Ayanz, and it features 42 apartments ranging from one to four bedrooms. However, only eight units with three and four bedrooms remain available, although they are expected not to last long on the market. "Given the ongoing interest surrounding the development, we anticipate that these move-in-ready apartments will be sold in the coming weeks," says Aurelio Perea, the promotions manager at Aedas Homes in Alicante.

This residential development has sparked great interest, and only the last apartments are available for sale starting at 378,500 euros. The 42 new apartments delivered by the developer add to those from the previous two developments, making a total of 150 in the neighborhood.

The latest development, Savery, comes after an investment of 11 million euros and features a unique design. The common areas are located on a walkable rooftop with an infinity pool and a chill-out area, all with panoramic views of the Alicante harbor. Additionally, a fully equipped gym has been built on the ground floor.

According to Aedas Homes, the charm of this residential development lies in its proximity to the center of Alicante and the sea, as well as to services such as the bus station, train station, and airport. These features have propelled the Benalúa Sur neighborhood.

"It has attracted clients of all profiles thanks to the richness of its offer," says Perea, who highlights that clients range from singles to families, including young couples and investors. "We are talking about an ideal residential development for those looking to live just minutes from the center of Alicante and, at the same time, close to the beach," explains the manager.
