Horneo EÓN Alicante Finalises Squad for ASOBAL with 13 New Signings

El Horneo EÓN Alicante has already accomplished two tasks following their promotion to ASOBAL, even though there is nearly a month left before the pre-season begins.

The Alicante club announced this Friday that the players currently part of the first team for the 25-26 season are: Ander Torriko, Darko Dimitrievski, James Parker, Aarón Gutiérrez, Augusto Moreno, Borja Méndez, Eduardo Escobedo, Fábio Teixeira, Flavio Wick, Iván Montoya, Javier Rodríguez, Jorge Laredo, Julen Urruzola, Lautaro Robledo, Ozbej Silc, Pepe Oliver, Roberto Domenech, Xabier Barreto, and Yanis Ramírez.

Regarding new arrivals for this ASOBAL season, we find Flavio Wick (goalkeeper from Wacker Thun in the Swiss league), Lautaro Robledo (right wing, Viveros Herol BM Nava), Pepe Oliver (pivot, Servigroup Benidorm), Borja Méndez (centre, Viveros Herol BM Nava), Fabio Teixeira (left wing, Servigroup Benidorm), Eduardo Escobedo (left wing, TROPS Málaga), Ozbej Silc (pivot), Augusto Moreno (left back, Caserío de Ciudad Real), Javier Rodríguez (left back, UBU San Pablo Burgos), Yanis Ramírez (right wing, Galdar Gran Canarias), Jorge Laredo (left wing, Fundación Agustinos Alicante), Roberto Domenech (goalkeeper, Servigroup Benidorm), and Iván Montoya (pivot, Fraikin BM Granollers).

The entire team will gather under Fernando Latorre's guidance for the first time on Monday, July 28, to commence a pre-season filled with high hopes.

Additionally, Horneo EÓN Alicante has launched its season ticket campaign for the upcoming season, available from 100 euros. "We had a clear goal: to write the future that the best history of Alicante handball deserved. We have achieved it, and now, the legend continues," explains EÓN in their statement.

Children aged 0 to 12 will receive free season tickets, and individuals with reduced mobility (PMR) can purchase theirs for 80 euros.

Regarding seating, the preferred section (sector G) will cost 100 euros, the stands will be 130 euros, corner seats will be 140 euros, while the main stand will be 150 euros, and the VIP area will be 300 euros. The latter offers the best view of the court, catering during breaks, and personalised attention during matches. Additionally, you can choose your seat in this VIP area of Pitiu Rochel.
