A Heartfelt Gesture: Lucas Donates His Police Car to Children with Cancer at Alicante Hospital

The Provincial Police Station of Alicante has accompanied young Lucas to the Paediatric Oncology Ward at the General Hospital of Alicante to wish a speedy recovery to the children battling the disease he once fought.

Lucas has donated his police car, which gave him strength during those tough times, hoping they "find happiness, recover, and have fun." This was his wish, supported by various units of the National Police, who wanted to back this initiative from the Citizen Participation Unit. The Canine Guide Unit and the Motorcycle Unit of the UPR (Prevention and Reaction Unit) have brought their profession closer with affection, making the hospitalised children feel like "police officers for a day!"
