The routes are walked in groups and have a different proposal each day, aiming to take advantage of the most unique corners of the city to walk through and get to know them. The walk is conducted with the contributions of a guide.
The Councilor for Seniors, Aurora Rodil, states that "these routes aim to improve the psychophysical health of citizens and social interaction." The City Council highlights that some objectives are "to facilitate relaxed meetings for older people and promote Elche's heritage."
The routes do not exceed two hours, aiming to be accessible for everyone. Additionally, they can be complemented with subsequent activities to delve into places like the Archaeological Museum, the Calahorra Tower, the Arab Baths, or the Paleontological Museum, among others.
