The Grand Theatre of Elche reviews its activities for the year 2024. Over the past 12 months, the venue hosted 155 performances, a 30% increase compared to the previous year, attracting a total of 79,107 spectators who enjoyed the shows.

The Grand Theatre achieved a total of 57 sold-out shows in 2024, marking a 25% increase from the previous year. In the last quarter, these sold-out events included notable performances such as the New Year's Concert by the OSCE, the musical 'Coco', María José Llergo, the musical 'Friends', Ara Malikian, 'The Collection' with Pepe Sacristán, as well as performances by El Monaguillo, Silvia Pérez Cruz, 'The Suit' starring Javier Gutiérrez, and artist Diana Navarro among others.

In the coming weeks, the schedule for February to June 2025 will be announced.

The Councillor for Culture, Irene Ruíz, once again highlighted the "commitment" of this municipal government to culture, "something that serves as an important driver at a social level, but also economically and touristically."

As for the 2025 programme, the schedule for January is already available on the website https://www.elche.es/mec-category/gran-teatro/. The lineup features performances such as the musicals 'Chicago Life' and 'La Movida, the Musical of the 80s', the play 'The Clouds of Aristophanes' with Pepe Viyuela, comedy by Martita de Graná and David Suárez, music by Lorenzo Santamaría and 'The Best of Soul', and the classical ballet 'Swan Lake'.
