A few miles outside Benidorm, featuring three golf courses and a five-star hotel with a spa, all for 18 million euros. This is the most expensive hotel business for sale on Idealista in the province of Alicante, although there is much more. From beachfront establishments in the most touristy towns to luxurious villas nestled in nature.

The province is the territory in Spain with the most hotel businesses for sale, up to 126 in the first quarter of 2025, five more than in the same period of 2024, although the potential offer is much greater. Across the Alicante region, 421 buildings are for sale, many advertised as "potential hotel businesses."

With varied prices, the offer in Alicante surpasses other major tourist locations like the Balearic Islands (102) or Malaga (88). The most expensive hotel currently for sale is located in the El Moralet area of Benidorm. It is a tourist mega-complex of 3,500 m2 that includes three 18-hole golf courses and a five-star hotel with 120 rooms and a spa circuit, pool, and jacuzzi. With sports courts and a training center, the establishment is marketed by THM Global Investment.

Among this offer, a four-star hotel in the Playa de Muchavista area also stands out. With 101 rooms over nine floors, it also houses two luxury suites and a rooftop restaurant with a capacity for 50 diners. All for a price of 12.5 million euros, 12,500 euros per square meter.

El Campello, Jávea, Alicante, Benidorm, and La Vila are some of the towns that concentrate a large part of the hotel offer on Idealista. An offer that also extends inland and to more rural areas.

This is the case of a villa in Alcolecha for nearly five million euros. In the Aitana mountain range, the hotel building features 14 bedrooms and two luxury suites, along with 20,000 hectares of land. Another option offered on the platform is located in Tárbena, a boutique hotel priced at nearly 5.5 million euros. Fully operational, it has 13 rooms, a heated pool, saunas, tennis courts, a mini-golf course, and a helipad.

As for the cheapest hotel on offer, it is a 180 m2 building in San Fulgencio with a bar and four rooms, located in a local urbanization, listed on Idealista for over 200,000 euros.
