Forty Gestión is preparing to make its mark at the 6th edition of Alicante Gastronómica, which will be held from September 27 to 30 at IFA. The company, known for its innovation in the gastronomic and leisure sector, will participate with two stands in the prestigious Corner of Stars and Suns, where it will present the latest creations from its Petimetre and Puntapiedra spaces.
Thus, on Friday, September 27, Forty Gestión will offer a presentation titled 'Rinascere. A Journey Traveled' at the Costa Blanca Central Kitchen space at 12:30 PM. The presentation will be led by the company's team of chefs, including Salva Linares, executive chef, Tomás Ledezma and Asier Alonso, chefs of Petimetre, and David Mira, sustainability specialist.
Additionally, Juan Tomás will bring his cocktail expertise from Punta Piedra. The presentation will focus on the evolution of Petimetre, an iconic venue recently renovated under the concept 'Rinascere', which merges cuisine, cocktails, and entertainment to offer a complete and continuous experience.
At its stands, Forty Gestión will aim to delight attendees with innovative tapas such as the spicy liquid croquette with tuna tartare and toasted lime mayonnaise, the pork pastrami brioche with arugula and ñora mayonnaise, and the nougat mille-feuille with salted caramel. Additionally, Puntapiedra will offer a unique cocktail experience under the direction of Juan Tomás, featuring a cocktail bar and a live artistic performance that promises to impress visitors.
