Consolidated as the most important international congress on female leadership in Europe, Santander WomenNOW, the summit organised by Mujerhoy and Vocento, celebrates its seventh edition on June 18 and 19 in Madrid under the title 'Leaders Facing the Global Challenge'.

Organised into three sessions alternating interviews and conversations with lectures and panel discussions, Yulia Navalnaya, Russian activist and widow of Alexei Navalny; journalist and Nobel Peace Prize laureate Maria Ressa; writer Isabel Allende; UN Global Heat Chief Eleni Mirivili, and Nature magazine editor Magdalena Skipper will be among the most prominent figures at the congress. Also participating are athlete Carolina Marín; Shine Iberia CEO Macarena Rey; lawyer and founder of Better Spain Miriam González; former ballerina Tamara Rojo, and singers Sophie Auster and Alaska.
