Orihuela Chamber of Commerce has launched its new annual offer of free courses aimed at young people aged 16 to 29 who are registered in the Youth Guarantee programme. This initiative, part of the Young Talent Programme (formerly PICE), provides participants with tools to prepare for their entry into the job market.
Mario Martínez, president of Orihuela Chamber, highlighted that this year "we are renewing the offer with new training actions such as those related to the use of artificial intelligence, tools increasingly implemented in companies, as well as other popular professions like fitness trainer or water rescue."

The programme, which will be held both at the Chamber of Commerce's Business Incubator in Orihuela's urban centre and at the Orihuela Costa facilities, includes a wide variety of courses starting in early February, precisely with the one on Artificial Intelligence. In these classes, participants will be able to acquire knowledge on design and creativity applied to AI tools, customer service, and user experience, among others.
Additionally, the first edition of the Fitness Instructor course will be held first in Orihuela city, starting on February 17, and then move to Orihuela Costa. With this training, participants will achieve objectives such as designing and executing training plans, managing individual workouts, and supervising their correct execution.
The programme also includes classics like the English course for obtaining B1 and B2 level certifications, endorsed by Oxford, with the aim of improving students' language skills and thus increasing their job opportunities. On the other hand, training in nail aesthetics returns for those wishing to enter the world of beauty, as well as school monitor and warehouse assistant. Among the most notable courses is the water rescue instructor course in natural aquatic spaces, which is included in the annual catalogue and whose dates will be announced soon.
All courses included in this programme have a duration of 210 hours, held from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 14:00, and are financially supported by the Generalitat Valenciana through Labora, the European Social Fund, Youth Guarantee, the Ministry of Employment and Social Security, and Cámara España.
Those interested in enrolling in these courses can find all the information on the website www.camaraorihula.es or contact by phone at 966 74 35 02. They can also do so by sending an email to programas@camaraorihuela.org or in person at the Orihuela Chamber facilities.
