All the Festivals in Alicante Province to be Promoted at Fitur

El Patronato Costa Blanca will approve the days of the International Tourism Fair (Fitur) 2025 to promote the province of Alicante in central Madrid through an original and innovative street marketing action: a large LED cube in Callao Square where promotional videos will be projected and presentations, parades, and performances will take place.

"In addition to working at the Ifema fairgrounds, this edition of Fitur takes to the streets to bring the wide tourist offer of our municipalities closer to the thousands of passersby who walk through Callao Square every day," said the President of the Provincial Council, Toni Pérez. "It is an innovative experiential initiative that, in addition to attracting visitors, aims to evoke sensations and emotions that awaken the public's interest in our land," explained the provincial leader.

The Fogueres de Sant Joan; the Benidorm Fest; the Torrevieja Carnival; the Wine Route; the Holy Week of Calp and Crevillent; the Moors and Christians of Elda, Sax, or Xixona; the gastronomy of Santa Pola and its salt industry; the L'Alfàs del Pi Film Festival; the festivals of Sant Vicent del Raspeig; the Chupinazo of Catral; the Dolores Livestock Fair; the 'International Climb of Onil' car race or the Festivals and Pilgrimages of Agres and Benejúzar are some of the tourist attractions that will be showcased thanks to this novel street marketing action.

The LED cube, composed of four screens five meters wide by four meters high, will also be an area from which promotional material will be distributed, contests will be held, and videos from other municipalities such as Benidorm, Elche, Altea, Xàbia, Teulada-Moraira, La Vila Joiosa, El Campello, Ibi, Mutxamel, Algorfa, Salinas, Monòver, or Rojales will be broadcast. 'Costa Blanca 360º' is the name of this 121-square-meter space that will also feature animation and a photo booth for the public to take a souvenir of their visit to this space.

"This experiential proposal will feature an intense agenda of activities and live presentations, especially related to Holy Week, the Moors and Christians or fire festivals, as well as other traditional festivities of the province, in addition to promoting nature, gastronomy, or culture," stated the president.

The participation of the Costa Blanca Board in the International Tourism Fair will be complemented, as usual, with its presence at Ifema, where in the coming days it will hold various professional meetings, press conferences, destination presentations, promotional actions, tastings, and showcookings, among other proposals.
