FEMPA, with the support of the Alicante Provincial Council, has made available to companies a self-diagnosis questionnaire to identify their environmental strengths and weaknesses, aiming to help them improve efficiency, profitability, and competitiveness through sustainability, adapting their processes to new challenges, regulations, and market trends, and incorporating environmental commitment into the organisation's culture as a strategic factor.

What does the FEMPA test consist of?

Through this Environmental Regulation Test, issues related to soil contamination, atmospheric emissions, waste management, carbon footprint calculation, and regulatory compliance are addressed.

The questions revolve around the environmental impact aspects of companies and compliance with current legal regulations, aiming to facilitate, for example, effective waste management and the establishment of valorisation plans, as well as strategies for minimising the carbon footprint.

Overall, the keys are provided to delve into improving energy efficiency and environmental sustainability, so that companies can incorporate them into their business planning.

Free Report and Sustainable Impulse Seal

Once the questionnaire is completed, the company will receive a report with recommendations that will allow them to plan measures to implement for advancing their sustainable growth.

Additionally, they will obtain the distinctive "Sustainable Impulse" seal, available both in digital format, to integrate into their corporate documentation, and in physical format, through a sticker, recognising the organisation's commitment to sustainability.

Involvement of the Metal Sector

The metal sector companies in the province of Alicante have demonstrated their commitment to this initiative, according to FEMPA. Many companies, including those experienced in environmental initiatives, have found this questionnaire a key tool to assess their current situation and design new strategies to advance the sustainability of their activities.

The questionnaire is available for all companies at the following link: Environmental Regulation Questionnaire.
