Fartons Polo launches the first sugar-free and sweetener-free horchata, yet sweet: the Or,Xata of the future is here

Is a sugar-free, sweetener-free, and... sweet horchata possible? It seems impossible, but it's real. Fartons Polo has achieved what seemed an unsolvable challenge for years: launching the first horchata without added sugars or sweeteners, retaining all its sweetness thanks to an exclusive process of extracting the natural sweetness of the tiger nut.

Under the name Or,Xata! Polo Sin Sin, the Valencian brand has developed a remarkable product: with twice the tiger nut content of a conventional horchata, an intense flavour, a rich texture, and a lightness that invites repeated enjoyment. According to its creators, it is the horchata of the future. This milestone is not only commercial but also technological: the company has registered the production process as a utility model with the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office.

"The most common reaction when someone tries it is: how can it be sweet if it doesn't contain sugar?" say the Polo team. "And that's where we see that experiencing it firsthand is key to understanding what we've achieved."

The launch began with a testing event at the Central Market of Valencia, where free samples were offered to the public and their reactions were recorded. Among the day's most entertaining moments was the participation of influencer @ohmamiblue, who became a shopkeeper to star in videos portraying different consumer profiles enjoying the Sin Sin.
