With the introduction of the new Mercedes-Benz EQT and the long-wheelbase eCitan, as well as the Citan Mixta and eCitan Mixta, Mercedes' range of small vans is now complete. The new standard equipment and the latest infotainment and driver assistance technology are also available in other variants of the Citan, eCitan, T-Class, and EQT, with long wheelbases and up to seven seats, in addition to a more flexible interior layout for passengers and cargo. The new Citan Mixta and its electric counterpart, the eCitan, based on the long version of the Citan and eCitan van, respectively, offer even more flexibility for commercial use.

All electric versions feature a motor delivering a maximum power of 90 kW and a peak torque of 245 newton-meters. Whether at work, home, or public charging stations, they can be charged with alternating current via the onboard charger with 11 kW or optionally 22 kW (standard for the EQT model). Thanks to fast-charging capability with an 80 kW direct current charger, it is possible to achieve between 10 and 80 percent battery charge in just 38 minutes. The lithium-ion battery with a usable capacity of 45 kWh is installed in the vehicle's underbody to save space.

The new eSprinter is available in two body styles and lengths, as well as a total permissible weight of up to 4.25 tonnes. For the first time, it also features an optional trailer coupling and offers a towing capacity of up to two tonnes. The cargo volume is up to 14 cubic meters. The high-voltage battery is available in three capacity levels: 56 kWh, 81 kWh, and 113 kWh. This allows customers to choose the right configuration for their specific range of applications in terms of payload and range. Equipped with the 56 kWh battery, the eSprinter has a range of up to 233 kilometers. The battery with a usable energy of 81 kWh allows a range of up to 329 kilometers, and the 113 kWh battery up to 478 kilometers.

All Mercedes light vans are equipped with the latest generation of the intuitive MBUX multimedia system, featuring a larger 9.5-inch display, a new multifunction steering wheel, and more standard safety and driver assistance systems. The new long-wheelbase versions of the EQT and eCitan Tourer combine electric mobility with even more generous space by extending the wheelbase by 38 centimeters compared to the standard length. In the long version of the electric eCitan Tourer, the maximum luggage capacity has increased to 3,660 liters with the rear seats removed. The side sliding doors extend to 83 cm in length, facilitating access to the second and third rows of seats.

The long versions of the EQT and eCitan Tourer allow for even more variable use of the interior compared to the standard length. A new feature of both models is the option of a third row of seats with two individual seats, accommodating up to seven people. The second and third rows of seats are equipped with individually adjustable and foldable seats with height-adjustable headrests. Thanks to their lightness, the seats can be removed to allow flexible use of the interior. To ensure the safety of younger passengers on board, child seat anchors with ISOFIX and Top Tether anchors are installed on the outer seats of the second and third rows, as well as on the front passenger seat. This means that the seven seats have a total of six child seat positions.

The range is also expanded with the Citan Mixta and eCitan Mixta. Both versions offer an even more flexible interior design and a wide range of possible uses. The second-row seat is equipped with the innovative function that, when the rear bench is in the sitting position, offers space for up to three people, while the partition grid separates passengers from the cargo. In the upright position, the bench seat transforms into a partition panel between the driver's cabin and the cargo compartment. This increases the load capacity to 3.2 cubic meters.

The new MBUX multimedia system, with greater computing power and optimized menu navigation, makes operation now more comfortable and intuitive; it also assists with explaining vehicle functions and Bluetooth pairing of smartphones. Thanks to the new features, software updates, and new vehicle and comfort functions can now be installed via over-the-air updates. Another highlight of MBUX is the Electric Intelligence active management system, which provides navigation and estimated arrival time, taking into account factors such as traffic conditions, available charging stations, their capacity, and estimated recharge time.

For commercial vans, the well-known BASE and PRO equipment lines have been expanded to include additional features. Additionally, the new SELECT equipment line is now available for the van. The BASE equipment line combines comfort with practical functionality, providing a foundation for commercial use. In addition to the current generation MBUX multimedia system with a 9.5-inch display, new equipment features also include cruise control, a multifunction steering wheel with touch control panels, and a reversing camera with parking assistant. The PRO equipment line is characterized by its design and comfort features. It now includes air conditioning, an armrest with a storage compartment, a height-adjustable front passenger seat, and a lumbar support for the driver's seat. The equipment is completed with electrically foldable and adjustable exterior mirrors.

The new SELECT equipment line, exclusive to the Citan Panel Van and the electric eCitan Panel Van, includes an interior design package and one called "chrome interior" with a glossy black instrument panel, while the steering wheel and gear shift knob are leather-wrapped. The High-Performance LED headlights ensure perfect road illumination and are complemented by the high beam assistant. The active parking assistant makes parking easier, while the Topless Start function allows for convenient keyless access and engine start. In terms of safety and driver assistance, Mercedes-Benz small vans come standard with tire pressure monitoring, active brake assist, active lane-keeping assist, and speed limit and traffic sign assist; additionally, the assistance systems, rearview camera, and parking assistant enhance the standard equipment.
