Eventful New Year's Eve in Elda with 38 Police Interventions

The Elda Local Police conducted a total of 38 operations from 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 31, to 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 1, of various types, mostly related to New Year's Eve celebrations. Specifically, the officers issued eight reports for disturbances caused by music and noise in private homes and six others for parties in local clubs, as announced by the Town Hall.

Additionally, it was noted that the Local Police participated in eight medical assistance interventions, both in public areas and private residences; three operations related to urban damage and three others concerning lost animals.

Regarding traffic incidents, there were a total of six operations: four for accidents with material damage or without injuries and two accidents with injuries. Furthermore, the tow truck removed three vehicles parked in driveways or reserved spaces for loading and unloading.

Another end-of-year event in Elda was the San Silvestre Eldense, which gathered thousands of people, both participants and spectators, and proceeded smoothly and without incidents, as confirmed by the Town Hall.
