Eurocaja Rural has opened a new office in the Alicante city of Dénia, where it will offer its extensive and varied catalogue of products and services tailored to the needs of the primary sector, businesses, services, industry, public administrations, individuals, and more. It will also provide liquidity and credit solutions, personalized financing lines, digital banking, payment methods, insurance, and investment advice, among others.

The office is located at Passeig del Saladar, number 14, very close to the city's courts. With opening hours from 8:30 to 14:00, it is managed by Verónica López Hérnández, alongside commercial managers Joan Marín Sivera and José Juan Peñalver Gasent.

The main purpose of the financial institution with this new office in Dénia is to provide personalized, close, and professional service to its clients, as human service and face-to-face attention are among its main hallmarks and differentiating elements. Eurocaja Rural understands that the financial sector's activity requires clients to receive specific and detailed advice on the products and services provided, hence it enhances this attention and proximity. Another goal is to offer real omnichannel service, meaning always having a nearby physical office as a reference while also facilitating online services for various operations.

Eurocaja Rural believes there is financial exclusion not only in small municipalities with low population density where there is no bank office but also in large cities, as many of their neighborhoods or districts have been severely affected by the massive closure of offices. In this regard, Eurocaja Rural remains the only financial reference in 70 small towns totaling more than 80,000 inhabitants.

Similarly, one of the credit cooperative's particularities is its strong commitment to social and welfare services in the localities where it is established. Through its Education and Promotion Fund (FEP) and its Foundation, it channels aid, projects, and initiatives from associations and NGOs. For example, it recently provided the 'WORKIN' aid to the APSA Association (Alicante) for its program 'Workshop on Production Chain Operations for Online Sales for People with Intellectual Disabilities', to improve the employability level of 13 young people and the development of their socio-labor skills and attitudes in assembly and online sales operations.

With this opening, Eurocaja Rural confirms its firm commitment to contributing to job creation and dynamization in the Valencian Community, where it began establishing itself at the end of 2017 and now has 66 offices, 38 in the province of Alicante, 26 in Valencia, and 2 in Castellón. Across its operational area, the institution has 476 offices (Valencian Community, Castilla y León, Castilla-La Mancha, Madrid, La Rioja, and the Region of Murcia), surpassing 500,000 clients and 100,000 members, with its Economic Group integrating more than 1,300 professionals.
