The Local Government Board of Elda Town Hall has approved a collaboration agreement this Friday with the town halls of Ibi and Villena to mutually share their temporary employment pools. These agreements are in addition to those already signed with Alcoy and San Vicente del Raspeig, thus strengthening inter-municipal cooperation in personnel matters.

Thanks to this collaboration network, Elda will be able to access the employment pools of the signatory municipalities—and vice versa—to fill temporary vacancies in cases where there are no current pools or they are exhausted. The recruitments will always adhere to the original terms of each call.
The Councillor for Human Resources, Jesús Sellés, emphasized the importance of the agreement: "These are very valuable agreements because they allow us to be more agile in providing public services and covering temporary absences or vacancies. Local administrations face a high rate of retirements, restrictions on public employment access, and new labor demands. These alliances enable us to adapt effectively and respond better to the public."
With these agreements, the Elda Town Hall strengthens its commitment to efficiency in municipal management and advocates for a collaborative model that enhances available resources and ensures quality public service.
