Elche Consumption Vouchers 2024: This was the draw to acquire the vouchers from this Wednesday

Un total de 12,018 people will be able to acquire the consumption vouchers in the first round starting tomorrow, Wednesday, November 6th, and until next Sunday, the 10th. This Monday at noon, the draw was held with 24,924 people registered, and the lucky number was 18,091, the number from which the list for purchasing these vouchers begins. The people who can buy up to 200 euros in vouchers are those with numbers from 18,091 to 24,924 and from 1 to 5,186.

Subsequently, those 12,018 people have until December 31st to redeem the consumption vouchers. The Councilor for Commerce, Caridad Martínez, stated that after the draw held before the municipal secretary, around 50% of the registered people will be able to start acquiring their vouchers from tomorrow. A "very positive" initiative that helps the permanent activation of local commerce and hospitality, especially during a peak consumption period like Christmas.

The value of the vouchers is 20, 50, 100, and 200 euros, of which each person pays half. In this way, each registered person can buy a maximum of 200 euros in vouchers, with an outlay of 100. This new campaign by the Alicante Provincial Council has a subsidy of 1.2 million euros and will have an impact of at least 2.4 million euros on commerce and hospitality in Elche.

According to Martínez, if after November 10th the entire amount has not been consumed, a new sales period will open for all registered people from Tuesday, November 12th until the balance is exhausted.

In the case of in-person registration, there were 183 people. Those whose number matches those enabled for purchase will be notified by phone to come and buy the vouchers on the day indicated at the established location.

Last year, around 12,000 people and nearly 800 shops throughout the municipality benefited from the consumption vouchers.
