Registrations are now open for the Distinguished Gentleman's Ride (DGR), the most elegant motorcycle event on the international scene. Participants pay equal attention to the appearance of their motorcycles and their own attire, usually opting for a carefully curated vintage style.
This marks the 14th edition, aiming to become the most global and charitable yet, inviting motorcyclists worldwide to join in a collective effort for men's health by raising funds for the Movember Foundation.
Additionally, the DGR 2025 returns with the backing and active participation of Triumph Motorcycles for the twelfth consecutive year.
Registration is now possible through the official website, not only to attend any of the over 900 confirmed rides around the world on Sunday, May 18th, but also to start raising funds for this noble cause. Participants have the chance to win one of the four Modern Classics that Triumph will award to the most dedicated ladies and gentlemen, including a Scrambler 1200 Icon Edition for the top global fundraiser.
Since its inception in 2012, the event has brought together motorcyclists from numerous countries and cultures in a common effort to support the Movember Foundation's work and raise awareness about issues such as prostate cancer and men's mental health. "We knew we had to do more for men's health. That's why we partnered with Movember, the world's largest men's health charity, and Triumph Motorcycles," says founder Mark Hawwa.
Over the various editions, more than 50 million dollars have been raised, with participation from 500,000 people, demonstrating the importance and scale of this iconic event. In the words of Paul Stroud, Chief Commercial Officer of Triumph: "Each year, the DGR grows and reaches even more men and women worldwide, bringing out the best in our global motorcycling community and giving us the opportunity to help our peers."
In Spain, 29 rides have been confirmed so far, spread across the country. The steps to join are: register on the DGR website, create a profile if it's your first year participating; make a donation and share your profile on social media to raise funds among friends and followers, increasing your chances of receiving unique rewards; choose elegant attire, hop on a classic or retro motorcycle, and ride through the heart of the city to raise awareness about men's health issues.
To encourage fundraising, once again, the organization presents exciting incentives for participants. Triumph annually donates four Modern Classic motorcycles for the cause, and this year is no exception: the top fundraiser will receive a Scrambler 1200 Icon Edition, with the option to choose between the XE or X models. Those who place second and third in the fundraising ranking, as well as the winner of the Gentlefolk draw, will also receive a Triumph Modern Classic of their choice, a prize that recognizes the effort and dedication to this global cause. Additionally, all participants joining the #TeamTriumph will have the chance to win exclusive garments from the limited collection Triumph has launched in collaboration with the DGR, with 15% of sales going to the Movember Foundation. The top five fundraisers within #TeamTriumph will receive all the garments from the 2025 collection.
