Dacia is entering the C-SUV market, the most competitive in sales volume in Spain, by opening orders for its new Bigster model, which will be the "cheapest" on the market and available in Spain from March.

The Dacia Bigster is a mid-sized SUV that stands out for its robust design, spacious interior, and excellent value for money. With a length of 4.57 meters, the Bigster offers ample interior space and a large boot capacity.

It will be available at Dacia dealerships from spring 2025, starting at €24,590. Mechanically, Dacia offers a varied range. The lineup includes micro-hybrid, hybrid, petrol, and LPG (liquefied petroleum gas) versions.

The most significant novelty is the introduction of the Hybrid 155 version, as it is the first model in the Renault-Dacia family to use it. According to the brand, it is a self-charging hybrid with an ECO label, notable for its low consumption and as one of the most interesting alternatives for more sustainable driving.

In line with Dacia's philosophy, the Bigster offers a simple and comprehensive range, meeting the needs of all its customers. The vehicle is available in four trim levels: Essential, Expression, and at the top of the range, two trims with differentiated and complementary content at equivalent prices for the same engine: Extreme, aimed at outdoor enthusiasts with its panoramic sunroof, modular roof bars, easily washable TEP Microcloud upholstery, rubber mats, and standard YouClip 3 in 1, and Journey for customers who prioritize long-distance travel and style, with its electric tailgate, exclusive ambiance, and standard electrically adjustable driver's seat.

The new Indigo Blue body color is exclusive to the Bigster, as is the two-tone body (optional black roof on Extreme and Journey). The Bigster features an imposing and muscular exterior design, with straight lines and plastic underbody protection that give it a robust and adventurous look.

Despite its focus on functionality, the Bigster incorporates technology such as a color touchscreen, smartphone connectivity, and driver assistance systems.

The prices for the 2025 Dacia Bigster will range from €24,590 for its Essential version (140 ECO-G and TCe 140 versions) to its highest version, the Extreme, which will cost €29,790. However, it will never exceed the €30,000 mark, making it the "cheapest" model on the market in the C-SUV class compared to similar models from competitors.

It has been three months since Dacia introduced the Bigster to the public after several years in development, following the Dacia Sandero becoming the best-selling car in Spain and Europe throughout 2024, surpassing the Tesla Model 3.

The new model now launched is an "improved version" of the Duster, based on the brand's characteristics: complete simplicity and meeting the needs of its customers. Bigster will be available in four trim levels: Essential and Expression in the lower ranges of the model and Journey and Extreme for those who seek more exclusive qualities.

Dacia expects to achieve the same success with the Bigster as it has had in recent years in Spain, offering a car that stands out for its "comfort" (4.57 meters long for maximum comfort) and "practicality" (with up to 667 liters of minimum boot capacity). It will come with a 12-month or 30,000-kilometer warranty, renewable up to 7 years or 150,000 kilometers.
