The residential market of the Costa Blanca is being promoted in Poland, one of the key countries for foreign property purchases. The number of Polish buyers has increased year after year, now representing over 15% of total sales in several developments.

For this reason, the Alicante-based company Alibuilding will attend the Housing and Home Fair in Poznan, Poland, this weekend to strengthen its position in this dynamic market. The developer will present its portfolio of 600 homes on the Costa Blanca to a growing market.

Thus, it will have its own stand attended by the General Director of Alibuilding, José Antonio Izquierdo, and the CEO of Aligrupo, Daniel Torregrosa, where they will showcase their offerings. The real estate fair in Poznan is one of the most important in the country, with a biannual edition in spring and autumn.

Currently, it ranks fourth in terms of transactions in the Costa Blanca real estate market, but with higher growth than other countries. It is an important time to promote, as the Poznan Fair showcases a wide national and international offer with more than 100 exhibitors and attracts over 3,000 visitors.

The General Director of Alibuilding, José Antonio Izquierdo, explains that the international situation motivates these Polish buyers to seek better territories. "With this international fair, Alibuilding is launching direct actions in a territory of high interest for the Costa Blanca housing market," Izquierdo comments.

This market is indeed more than a reality for developers. Sales to Polish citizens average around 15% in both already marketed and newly launched developments. In the case of Benidorm Beach, 15% of the 196 apartments are owned by Polish nationals, making them the second largest group of owners in this Benidorm development. Swedes represent the same number of buyers in this promotion. With slightly lower numbers, Poles have acquired more than 10% of the two phases of Polop Hills (Polop).
