Welcome back, Agus! Coscia is here and has struck first in the race for Hércules' number nine. An untimely muscle injury sidelined the Rosario striker in the early matches against Ceuta, Alcorcón, and Intercity, but the discomfort has vanished, and coach Rubén Torrecilla gave him minutes this past Sunday in Ibiza. His impact was immediate. He came on in the 73rd minute and by the 79th minute had provoked a penalty after outpacing central defender Iago Indias and facing the goalkeeper. This action changed the game, as the defender received a straight red card and Coscia took responsibility for the penalty, executing it with confidence and waiting for the goalkeeper's move.

This goal allowed Hércules to secure a draw at Can Misses (1-1) and is the first among the three blanquiazules forwards. Marcos Mendes started in the first two league matches and Dani Romera in the next two. Both have yet to score their first goal, while Coscia scored practically with his first touch.

Rico Pérez Stadium counts down the hours to see the Argentine forward in action again, author of the unforgettable promotion goal against Lleida on May 5th. Coscia finished last season as a starter and scored six goals, compared to Marcos Mendes' 13. Both technical secretary Paco Peña and coach Torrecilla considered them capable of continuing in Primera RFEF and also convinced Dani Romera to join Alicante. The Almería striker had long been desired by Torrecilla after their time together at Castellón, and the coach is delighted with the current competition among the three forwards.

On another note, the Extremadura coach confirmed that Alvarito was left out of the starting eleven in Ibiza due to muscle discomfort that initially does not appear serious and should not prevent him from playing next Sunday against Murcia (21:30 hours). The muscle injury of Canarian José Artiles looks worse, as he will undergo tests in the coming hours.

Left-back Samu Vázquez is ruled out for the regional derby against Murcia as he is in the final stages of recovery from his muscle tear, while left-back Abraham del Moral remains doubtful as he might start training with the group this week.
