El Corte Inglés Donates €23,133 to Alicante Food Bank

El Corte Inglés Group has raised €23,133 for the Alicante Food Bank, thanks to donations from customers and employees during recent collection campaigns in support of this charitable organisation, along with El Corte Inglés' contribution equivalent to 10% of the total collected.

El Corte Inglés once again joined the Great Collection and the Spring Operation in support of Food Banks across Spain, benefiting those most in need.

Specifically, a total of €23,133 was raised, including the company's contribution, enabling the Food Bank to provide supplies to numerous families. The company encouraged its customers to make a financial contribution, which has resulted in the delivery of products to the Food Bank in each area according to their needs.

El Corte Inglés wishes to thank all its customers for their continued solidarity, renewed year after year, with the city's most needy.

This joint initiative with the Spanish Federation of Food Banks (FESBAL) and specifically with the Alicante Food Bank reflects El Corte Inglés' commitment to addressing societal needs, particularly in its immediate surroundings, as well as its dedication to participating in actions aimed at helping the underprivileged.
