Construction Begins on 47 New Homes in San Agustín's Cornisa Area, Alicante

Homes Expected to be Ready for Delivery in the First Quarter of 2027

The area of the Cornisa de San Agustín, next to PAU II, is taking shape with the construction of Aedas Homes' third development: Halar. These are 47 new homes ranging from one to four bedrooms, starting at 225,000 euros. The residential project began construction this Tuesday and aims to complete by early 2027.

This is the third residential project by the developer in this area adjacent to PAU II. Halar follows Jarcia and Aborda, which are also under construction, and already has a quarter of the units sold. Thus, this Alicante enclave is positioning itself as a hotspot for new construction in the city.

"The arrival of cranes at Halar, from the Valencian company Estructuras y Construcciones Altamira, marks an important milestone in the consolidation of this new neighbourhood in Alicante," says Aurelio Perea, Aedas Homes' promotions manager in Alicante and head of Halar.

Perea highlighted the "excellent sales pace" of this development launched last September. The executive states that the market response "has been very positive," citing established families with homes in PAU II and young families and couples as the main buyers, although investors are also present.

The homes start at 225,000 euros and 73 m2, reaching up to 116 m2 and four bedrooms. The residential complex includes communal spaces for children, landscaped areas, as well as parking, storage, and a swimming pool.

Perea notes that the higher homes feature penthouses with "spacious rooftop terraces" and emphasises the "modern and functional architectural design" of the development. Additionally, the manager highlighted Halar's location next to a "well-established residential area with excellent communications and services."

"Halar is situated in a prime area with a wide range of services, such as prestigious schools (public, charter, and private), shops, restaurants, or the Isla de Corfú Shopping Centre; and excellent connections to the city centre," he concludes.

The developer has a sales point with personalised attention for Halar on Deportista Pitu Perramón Street, corner with La Nucia Street, opposite the development, where interested parties can obtain all the information and details about the project.
