I can't stop applauding Ana Rosa Quintana's latest bold move, which probably led to regret. I have no idea whose brainchild it was—probably some scriptwriter pressured by audience ratings—but inviting Jorge Javier Vázquez to the set of 'TardeAR' sounded spectacular. The multi-property owner and scourge of squatters received a barrage of direct and indirect jabs—nowadays called "zascas"—on her own show. The wit and quickness of the much-missed 'Sálvame' presenter are remarkable. He is a better communicator, much to the chagrin of his own network. I can't stop watching the footage of these two entertainment gladiators in the arena, over and over again, on a loop, as a cathartic exercise. Perhaps you have heard my laughter in your homes.

The television cockfight is pure spectacle, and I wonder if it isn't a format worth exploiting. Imagine Pablo Motos verbally sparring with Broncano, for instance, in a 'roast': a gathering of comedians who make jokes about the main guest, sometimes with over-the-top humor that turns the supposed tribute into a mockery.

The Yearly Gala is a massive annual event created by the well-known streamer Ibai Llanos, another natural-born communicator, where some internet celebrities 'affectionately' hit each other in a ring. Amateur boxing broadcasted on Twitch with exceptional audience success. Here we have the television format of the moment, combining sports, gossip, and controlled violence to relieve stress. I am convinced there is a potential audience, of any age, that could get hooked on a verbal duel—and whatever else might come up—between Carlos Latre and Esty Quesada (Soy una pringada). Physical fight! And what if a politician joins the game? It would be a hit!
