Joaquín Prat has hosted the show, featuring Cayetano Martínez de Irujo, who shared details about his current relationship with his siblings. His harshest words were directed at his younger sister, Eugenia, with whom he was once inseparable. "They have managed to take Eugenia away from me. That has been a great disappointment. When someone commits a blatant injustice against me and doesn't even want to sit down and talk, for me, it's over," he lamented.

The Duke of Arjona admitted that his relationship with Alfonso and Jacobo is "nonexistent" and that he maintains a cordial understanding with Carlos, the current Duke of Alba: "I have a correct and cordial relationship with my brother Carlos within what is possible.
