Carlo Costanzia Sr. Investigated in Attempted Murder Case Involving His Sons

Carlo Costanzia Sr. is under investigation by the Turin prosecutor's office in a case involving two of his sons, Pietro and Rocco, for the alleged attempted machete murder of a man. The ex-husband of Mar Flores forged a document that helped a third party smuggle a mobile phone into prison, enabling his two sons to communicate with each other and outsiders, according to Italian media with access to the prosecutor's report.

Last March, Pietro, the younger brother of Carlo Costanzia, Alejandra Rubio's boyfriend, was arrested in Italy, accused of an assault that left a young man without one of his legs. Shortly after, his brother Rocco was arrested as an alleged accomplice in the attempted murder, which involves eleven other people, including Carlo Costanzia Sr.

The ex-husband of Mar Flores allegedly forged a document for another suspect to smuggle a mobile phone into the Italian prison where his sons are held, allowing the brothers to maintain contact with each other and outsiders. The device was eventually found by prison officers.

This news comes as Carlo Costanzia is about to become a grandfather through his son Carlo Costanzia and Alejandra Rubio, the eldest daughter of Terelu Campos.
