Cancellation of the Second Segment of 'La familia de la tele'

Following poor audience ratings, RTVE replaces it with 'El club de la promesa', a fifteen-minute programme analysing the soap opera, and new episodes of 'El cazador stars'.

RTVE has finally made a move. After the poor ratings that 'La familia de la tele' has been garnering day by day, especially in its second segment, the corporation has decided to eliminate this second act, which in recent episodes was presented by Inés Hernand and Aitor Albizua.

The changes will take effect from next Monday, 2nd June. From that day, 'La familia de la tele' will air from 15:50 to 17:00. At that time, 'Valle salvaje' will begin, followed by 'La Promesa' at 17:50. At the end of the series, at 19:00, 'El club de La promesa' will be broadcast, where fans of the iconic series will analyse the highlights of the episode.

After this block of fiction, at 19:15, new episodes of 'El Cazador stars', the celebrity version of the quiz show hosted by Gorka Rodríguez, will air. In this show, four well-known personalities compete as a team to win prizes that they donate to a charitable cause.

The informative magazine 'Aquí la tierra', presented by Jacob Petrus, which has just celebrated 11 uninterrupted years on air this week, will close the afternoon programming on La 1 at 20:20.
