David Broncano, comedian and host of the famous show 'La Resistencia', has the ability to make people laugh with every one of his phrases. It comes naturally to him. It is something innate, an art. No interviewee can resist him, and he uses his wit to surprise with the most 'random', curious, strange, uncomfortable questions... "The hardest thing is to make people laugh. Our job is incredible," he joked in Vitoria during the presentation at the FesTVal of 'La Revuelta', the new show that will air on TVE. His signing made headlines for various reasons: salary, competition with Pablo Motos...
The comedian, who always asks each of his interviewees about their sexual relationships and how much money they have in the bank, found himself having to answer both questions this time. The tables have turned. "The money the show makes is not just for me, I wish it were. No one can know for sure, but I have a lot," he said. Regarding intimate relationships in the past month, he was more straightforward: "I am a very manly and passionate person. I usually have one in the morning and another in the afternoon."
Broncano also spoke about the strangest question he has ever asked. "I have asked so many things on the show... For example, what is the highest hill in a town in Uruguay, and people got angry. There are over a thousand questions with a tremendous amount of nonsense, so I don't know." Another topic mentioned was the competition with Pablo Motos: "It is more direct than before and hopefully it goes well. I have always watched a lot of 'El Hormiguero'. It is very difficult for us to achieve something at their audience level. They have many years of advantage; it is a hard wheel to stop."
