In the clip, she is seen dancing erratically in her living room while trying to adjust a dress that ends up slipping down, revealing part of her chest. The video sparked such a stir that the artist decided to delete it shortly after uploading. The singer's mental health has been under scrutiny for decades, with some fans defending her boldness, while others raise alarms over her unusual behaviour and vacant expression.

Just last December, on the occasion of her 43rd birthday, she said, "I'm not turning 43 this year, I'm turning five. I have to go to kindergarten." This childlike behaviour was reiterated last April when she posted a video on her social media, complaining in a childish voice about the time it took to get her nails done.

Britney spent 13 years under her father's conservatorship, during which she fought in court to gain independence, which she finally achieved in November 2021. Since then, a Los Angeles judge's decision has allowed her to make decisions about her life and estate, yet doubts about her emotional stability persist.
