Bomb Threats Target Schools in Four Valencia Towns, Aiming to Cause Maximum Casualties

There has been a serious threat directed at various schools in four towns within the province. The Civil Guard of Valencia has reported that schools in Chiva, Buñol, Yátova, and Siete Aguas have received an email from a man claiming he plans to kill "as many people as possible" by placing devices in different centres.

The man, identifying himself in the email as H. F. P., claims to reside in Turís at a non-existent street address and plans to visit all the schools mentioned in the email "to kill as many people as possible," stating he will be armed "with several firearms." He also provides a phone number (which does not exist, as verified by LAS PROVINCIAS) and apologises to his parents for the action he claims he will undertake.

As a precaution, various units of the Civil Guard have been deployed to the schools. Sources from the Civil Guard have confirmed that an investigation is underway to locate the sender or senders of these emails. The receipt of this email has prompted a swift deployment of officers towards the mentioned educational centres.

In Chiva, educational activities have been suspended as a precaution, and students have not attended classes. A statement has been issued urging the public to stay informed through official channels regarding the resumption of classes.

In nearby towns such as Turís, there has also been a sense of anxiety, with parents collecting their children from schools. Classes have been suspended in all educational centres in this town as well. Throughout the morning, parents in towns like Buñol have also been notified to pick up their children.

This announcement has also led to the suspension of classes in other localities such as Loriguilla, in the Camp de Túria, where the Town Hall has announced that "for safety reasons and due to bomb threats in schools, in coordination with the Civil Guard and the Educational Centre, classes are suspended until further notice." The Town Hall asks for "understanding and calm from families," assuring that it is "a preventive and safety measure due to the proximity of the threatened centres." Thus, Civil Guard officers are deployed across several towns in the province in search of the sender of this alarming email.
