Bartomeu and Rosell to Testify in June as Defendants in the 'Negreira Case'

The judge of Barcelona's Court of Instruction No. 1 has summoned former Barcelona presidents Sandro Rosell and Josep Maria Bartomeu to testify as defendants in the 'Negreira case', as confirmed by judicial sources to Europa Press.

The judge is investigating alleged payments from Barcelona to the former vice-president of the Technical Committee of Referees (CTA), José María Enríquez Negreira. According to 'El Periódico', Bartomeu will be the first to testify on June 17, followed by Sandro Rosell on June 30.

On the same day as Rosell, it is expected that Javier Enríquez, the son of José María Enríquez Negreira, and former Barcelona executives will also testify.
