Being present in 30 countries provides a global perspective on corporate mobility and fleet evolution. Its unique value lies in the "barometer," which offers a comprehensive analysis of corporate mobility, with country comparisons, and highlights the major trends that will shape it in the short and medium term. Its role is crucial in helping companies, and any fleet and mobility stakeholders, make informed decisions that drive innovation and sustainability in the mobility sector.
In Spain, a more pragmatic electrification, the promotion of more responsible driving, and positioning the employee as the epicenter of mobility are key focuses.
Electrification
New regulations and public awareness continue to drive companies' commitment to electrifying their corporate fleets, with a strong focus on developing their own charging infrastructures to overcome the main barrier of electric vehicles. It is important to note that the main barriers for BEVs, in Europe and Spain, are the perception of insufficient charging infrastructure, both public charging points and at offices, and the higher purchase price. For this reason, companies are proactive in developing their own strategies: 91% are establishing or planning to establish their own charging strategies.

Responsible Driving
The main challenge for fleet managers is to ensure their drivers drive better and more safely. Training in efficient and safe driving is the most demanded additional mobility service. This interest may be related to the annual accident rate of corporate vehicle users (at least one accident or scrape in 2024) standing at 19%, increasing by one point compared to the previous year's results.
Employees at the Centre of Transformation
The growing influence of employees in the decision-making process of key players in corporate mobility is also observed. Their expectations for flexibility and the benefits they receive as a means to attract and retain talent, and the impact of all employees' mobility on the company's carbon footprint, become accelerators of safety, sustainability, and business competitiveness.
The percentage of Spanish companies currently developing mobility plans or planning to do so in the next year stands at 79% in the new edition of the report. Among the main actions included in these plans are, with very similar percentages, a specific budget for mobility, flexible parking, carpooling, or employee leasing.
