The Arniches Theatre in Alicante Launches Its School Campaign for Cinema and Performances

The Department of Education, Culture, Universities, and Employment, through the Institut Valencià de Cultura, resumes its cultural activities in Alicante with the launch of its school campaign at the Arniches Theatre, now available for all primary and secondary educational centers in the province.

With this initiative, the IVC in Alicante offers the educational community 23 proposals of theatre, dance, circus, music, and cinema for students aged between 2 and 18 years. The school campaign features a carefully curated selection of performances, many of which have been showcased at major national performing arts festivals and fairs such as FETEN in Gijón, the Fira de Titelles de Lleida, or the Mostra de Igualada.

The Arniches Theatre "remains the only theatre in the city offering a stable educational campaign," with a program of performing arts and cinema activities for all educational cycles from October 2024 to March 2025.

All educational centers in the province have access to the catalog of proposals and can reserve seats for all sessions of the course starting from September.

The Arniches Theatre's school campaign maintains its accessibility policy by offering a ticket price of 3 euros for performing arts shows and 2 euros for Filmoteca sessions.
