L'Aljub Celebrates World Environment Day with Recycled Art and Its Pioneering Water Treatment Plant

El Centro Comercial L'Aljub, managed by CBRE, is set to unveil a Dadaist art exhibition crafted from recycled materials this Thursday, 5th June, in celebration of World Environment Day. Additionally, the centre will introduce its innovative Nitrogea Cefiro water treatment plant, a pioneer in Spain, which purifies 10,000 litres of water daily for use in irrigating green areas, representing 90% recycled water.

During the presentation, a guided tour of the exhibition will showcase the unique sculptures and explain how they reflect the centre's sustainability efforts. Attendees will also have the opportunity to symbolically taste the recycled water. At the conclusion of the visit, guests will receive a plant, watered with treated water from the facility.
