Valencia CF and TM Real Estate Group have reached an agreement to renew their partnership as the Club's Main Global Partner and Real Estate Partner. The Alicante-based company, a leader in the residential, hotel, and vacation tourism sector, and a specialist in the construction and promotion of homes along the Mediterranean coast and the Caribbean, will continue as the main sponsor of both the men's and women's first teams of Valencia CF, as well as the VCF Academy, for the next three seasons, until 2028.
Through this agreement, Valencia CF and TM Real Estate Group strengthen their relationship of trust, commitment, and shared vision forged over the past two years. They enter a new phase with a common project and a mutual growth objective that, from the summer of 2027, will have as a major milestone the move to Nou Mestalla, a key stadium for the Club's future and a strategic economic and social engine for the city of Valencia.
Both parties share a positioning based on the defense and international projection of the Mediterranean lifestyle and the values that make this land unique in the world. In this regard, TM Real Estate Group is already consolidating its presence in the province of Valencia, where it has land to develop more than 500 homes in top-level residential projects such as 'Santa María Sea by TM' on El Puig beach. Additionally, during this new strategic cycle, the Alicante company will achieve significant milestones in its history, such as the inauguration of its new corporate headquarters, a pioneering building in Torrevieja that will become a reference meeting point for the residential tourism sector in Spain.
Valencia CF and TM Real Estate Group continue this powerful alliance with an agreement that goes beyond sponsorship and is based on pillars such as passion, corporate responsibility, and trust. An example of this was the donation of the front of the shirt to display the slogan 'AMUNT Valencians' in the match against Real Betis, the first played at Camp de Mestalla after the tragic DANA. This gesture was historic, serving as a tribute to the victims, those affected, and the groups involved in the emergency, as well as to the resilience of the Valencian people.
In addition to the aligned strategy in defending and promoting the Mediterranean arc, both entities share a joint vision of international expansion that has resulted in numerous synergies and international events.
Valencia CF and TM Real Estate Group have jointly projected the tourist and investment appeal of the Valencian Community in Central European countries such as Poland, the Czech Republic, Germany, Sweden, Luxembourg, Belgium, and the Netherlands. They have also carried out different activations in strategic markets such as Mexico, where Valencia CF played a match against the national team last October with the brand The Fives - the hotel division with which the company operates in the Caribbean - on the front of the shirt.
Pablo Serna, CEO of TM Real Estate Group: "For TM Real Estate Group, it is a source of pride to continue strengthening our alliance with Valencia CF, an entity with which we share values such as effort, excellence, and connection to our roots. This strategic collaboration will allow us to continue projecting our Mediterranean lifestyle internationally, strengthen brand positioning, and advance our growth objectives, connecting with new audiences and adding Valencianist followers worldwide."
Javier Solís, General Director of Valencia CF: "The renewal of the agreement with TM Real Estate Group as Main Global Partner demonstrates the strength of a partnership that works. We share common values and a clear vision of growth. For Valencia CF, it is very important to have had the support of a leading Valencian company for the past two years, with ambitious projects ahead and a firm commitment to the Club, its fans, and its future. TM Real Estate Group is a strategic partner that accompanies us at a key moment to continue advancing on and off the field."
