Alicante Firefighters to Work During the Night of the Hogueras 2025 Cremà

Alicante will also have a safe cremà this year after weeks of uncertainty. The firefighters of the Prevention, Fire Extinction and Rescue Service (SPEIS) of the Alicante City Council have approved an agreement with the government team this Wednesday. As a result, the announced protests, which included refusing to work on the day of the Hogueras 2025 cremà, will be called off.

The workforce has shown a majority in favor of accepting the pact, in a vote that saw high participation from the body’s agents.
