Alicante Changes Seasons and Is Now in Autumn: When Does the Time Change?

The province of Alicante experiences the autumn equinox this Sunday, September 22. It will be at 14:44 hours when the change of season becomes official and summer bids farewell. Autumn will last 89 days and 21 hours, ending on December 21 with the start of winter.

Therefore, nights extend and it becomes time to change the clock to switch to winter time. For now, the clocks remain as they are. The last Sunday in October is when they will be set back one hour.

Thus, from October 27, the time change will occur when at three in the morning it will be two again, gaining an extra hour that day.
