On Friday, June 20, 2025, the Plaza de Toros in Murcia will host a performance by the Alan Parsons Live Project, as part of the Murcia On concert series. This presentation is part of the Spanish tour of the legendary British producer and composer, which also includes stops in Bilbao, Madrid, and Barcelona.

The performance promises to be a celebration of the 40th anniversary of Eye in the Sky, the most successful album by The Alan Parsons Project, featuring classics such as "Eye in the Sky," "Games People Play," and "Don't Answer Me." This concert is part of the Murcia On series, which this year features a selection of international artists, including Carlos Santana, Europe, and Lionel Richie.

History of the Band

The Alan Parsons Project was founded in 1975 by Parsons himself and composer Eric Woolfson. Known for its conceptual and sophisticated approach, it fused symphonic rock, electronic music, and orchestral arrangements, creating a unique identity in the music scene. Their discography includes classics such as Tales of Mystery and Imagination, I Robot, and Eye in the Sky, the latter being their greatest commercial success.

Although they never performed live as the original band, their legacy gave rise to the Alan Parsons Live Project, which keeps the music and artistic vision of the project alive.
