Alain Favey joins Stellantis as CEO of the Peugeot brand starting from February 3, 2025, reporting to Jean-Philippe Imparato, Stellantis' Chief Operating Officer for Europe. He succeeds Linda Jackson, who has retired after 20 years with the company.

A graduate of HEC Paris, Alain Favey spent the first 20 years of his career at the PSA Group, where he served as Managing Director of Citroën for Denmark, Belux, the UK, Italy, and France.

In 2009, he joined Volkswagen AG, where he held various international leadership positions at Porsche Holding, Skoda, and Bentley. Since June 2023, he has been the CEO of Europcar Mobility Group.

Regarding Linda Jackson, Jean-Philippe Imparato, Chief Operating Officer of Enlarged Europe, highlighted her role as one of the emblematic figures within Stellantis. "Her determination, leadership, taste for innovation, and great professionalism have enabled a remarkable repositioning of the Peugeot brand in France and abroad, with a distinctive range that has been completely renewed and is 100% electric. I would like to thank Linda for her years of commitment to Stellantis and for the important role she has played in the success of our electrification strategy."

Xavier Peugeot succeeds Olivier François as head of DS Automobiles

As part of Stellantis' organisational changes, and from February 3, 2025, Xavier Peugeot is appointed Managing Director of the DS Automobiles brand, succeeding Olivier François, who continues with other strategic missions within the automotive group.

Xavier Peugeot, aged 60, holds a master's degree in Management and a master's degree from the University of Paris Sorbonne and the University of Paris Dauphine, respectively. He joined the PSA Peugeot Citroën Group in 1994. He has held various positions in the commercial and marketing fields, including Director of the Peugeot Netherlands subsidiary between 2005 and 2007, and Marketing and Communication Director of the Peugeot brand from 2009 to 2011. In 2012, as Peugeot's Product Director, he made a significant contribution to building a coherent and global range for the brand. In 2014, he took on the role of Citroën's Product Director, driving the renewal of an attractive range designed to make mobility accessible to all. In 2019, he became Director of the Commercial Vehicles Business Unit for PSA and then Stellantis.

From February 3, 2025, Xavier Peugeot is appointed Managing Director of the DS Automobiles brand, succeeding Olivier François, who continues with other strategic missions within Stellantis.
