Aguas de Alicante, Main Sponsor of the 2025 Candidates Galas

Aguas de Alicante will be the main sponsor of the 2025 Candidates Galas, which will be held for the first time at José Rico Pérez Stadium on April 25 and 26. "First of all, I would like to thank Aguas for their commitment to the traditions and culture of our city and to Hércules CF for the stadium's concession," said the president of the Federació de Fogueres de Sant Joan, David Olivares.

"It is a commitment that keeps me awake with excitement, not nerves," Olivares confessed before acknowledging that "we wanted a much more popular event, with greater capacity." In fact, the seating has increased from 2,000 to 6,500 in the sports venue. "There will be many surprises during the gala," the president of the Federació advanced. "We needed a different setting and I am sure this one will remain forever and will mark this Federació. We are going to seek comfort and visibility for everyone," he indicated.

Meanwhile, the general director of Aguas de Alicante, Sergio Sánchez, acknowledged that "organising the galas at Rico Pérez is a risky bet that perfectly aligns with Aguas de Alicante's values of seeking innovation and improving what we do every day." "We are a centenary company but we are here with the Alicante society and, of course, with the city's official and most important festivities," Sánchez concluded.

The presentation of the galas took place at Ciudad de la Luz with the presence of les belleses del foc d'Alacant, Alba Muñoz and Martina Lloret, and their dames d'honor, as well as the candidates, both children and adults, for belleses del foc 2025 and the juries responsible for their selection.

Martina Lloret said that the gala is a "magical moment for the candidates but also for all the foguerers who will cheer them on.
