Aemet Warns of Another Weather Change in Alicante with Rain and Snow Probability

The State Meteorological Agency (Aemet) forecasts another weather change in the province of Alicante. The outlook will remain in the coming days until the weekend when the weather will change completely.

While the maximum temperatures have dropped again and will remain around 17 degrees during these days; they will rise again from this Saturday reaching 22 in the provincial capital.

The minimums, meanwhile, remain between five and six degrees in Alicante, expected to increase from this Friday, when they will be around nine degrees.

The sun will accompany throughout the week. However, clouds will gradually appear over the city of Alicante, intending to unload from the afternoon of this Friday, February 7.

Aemet forecasts a 75% chance of precipitation, which will decrease during the central hours of the day, leaving a dry afternoon that will last until Sunday. Temperatures will drop as the new week approaches.

This week's temperature drop will also lower the snow level in the mountains of Alicante, reaching 1,300 meters of altitude by Friday, when snowflakes may be seen during the rain.

The city of Alcoi will remain at 15 degrees of maximum temperatures this Wednesday. These will fluctuate by one degree more or less in the coming days, awaiting rain on Friday. It will be during the day when the snow level will be at 1,300 meters of altitude.

Aemet forecasts maximum temperatures of 18 degrees for this Wednesday in Elche. Thermometers will reach up to 19 by Friday and 22 on Saturday. The state agency only forecasts rain for the afternoon before the weekend.

The capital of Marina Alta, Dénia, will also experience a fluctuation in its maximum temperatures. The 16 degrees this Wednesday will drop to 15 on Wednesday and rise to 19 on Saturday. Rain will arrive during the afternoon of Friday and continue through the weekend.

The city of Benidorm will remain around 16 degrees of maximum temperatures this Wednesday, aiming to reach 19 over the weekend. Aemet warns of rain between Friday and Saturday.

Vega Baja will have 18 degrees of maximum temperatures this Wednesday, expecting to reach 22 on Saturday. Rain will only pass through Orihuela during the afternoon of Friday, with a 60% chance of precipitation.
