Actei L'Alacantí Launches New Employment Portal and Updates Website to Enhance Job Search

Actei L'Alacantí, the Regional Agency for Economic Promotion and Employment, has launched its new Employment Portal. Additionally, the agency has commissioned the development of its regional website to the agency Oxoigo Digital.

The new Employment Portal by Actei is a free service that directly connects job seekers with companies looking to fill vacancies. With easy access both online and in person, the portal allows users to register, upload their CVs, apply for public or private job offers, and manage their applications even from their mobile devices.

Furthermore, a space has been created for companies to post their job offers and manage their selection processes independently, with the support of Actei's technical staff. This portal becomes a key tool to invigorate the job market in the municipalities of L'Alacantí and promote hiring in a more agile and closer manner.

Additionally, the website will allow the creation of lists, extraction of statistics, and production of reports that can serve as a guide for the entity to continue designing its employment actions in the region. The website also reduces the need for in-person attention as users manage and update information from their own accounts.

This is complemented by the agreement with Oxoigo Digital, a local marketing agency in Mutxamel, for the development of its new institutional website. The new platform will feature an attractive and intuitive design, aimed at facilitating access to services. It will include a highlighted section for the Employment Portal, as well as updated information on workshops, courses, and training activities. Additionally, it will offer specific resources for career guidance and entrepreneurship, a blog with content of interest and current affairs, an events calendar, and a contact page accessible for any inquiries.

The entire site will align with Actei's visual identity and will feature the logos of the collaborating municipalities and entities, reinforcing its role as a central axis of economic development in the region.

With these initiatives, Actei L'Alacantí takes another step in its mission to offer an effective, innovative, and close public service, consolidating itself as a reference in employment, training, and entrepreneurship in the territory. The Employment Councillor of the Mutxamel Town Hall, Estefanía Moreno, explained that "we consider it a fundamental tactic to increase job insertion, facilitate access to job offers, and strengthen cooperation between the municipalities of the region. Moreover, having the entire team already incorporated will allow us to launch all these projects and give them the boost they need."

Meanwhile, the Mayor of Mutxamel, Rafael García Berenguer, highlighted that "since Mutxamel took on the leadership of the Territorial Employment Pact of L'Alacantí with responsibility and enthusiasm, we were clear that launching digital tools to facilitate job insertion was a priority. This pact represents a space of consensus and unity between administrations, companies, and citizens, with a common goal: to improve the employability of our residents, boost the business fabric, and train our young people in a culture based on effort and continuous training."
